Men’s Den, Inc. is predicated on one simple concept: giving gentlemen what they want in the manner that they want it.  See, our story is rather unique.  Previously we were franchise owners stuck in the never ending “cookie-cutter” mold of so-called men’s hair salons.  What we learned was that our clients wanted more, craved more, and deserved more than what we were able to provide them.  Our clients wanted more value-added services, not price increases.

 

Furthermore, our clients didn’t want an environment conducive to “burning and turning the chair.”

 

So, what did we learn that gentlemen want? Gentlemen desire a place they can call their own.

 

Gentlemen want personalized services catered to them in a private, comfortable, and relaxed environment.  Gentlemen desire first class customer service.  They want to be treated like an individual and not a number that quickly gets ushered out the door.  Quite simply, men want to be treated respectfully as gentlemen, and so, Men’s Den, Inc. was born.

 

We learned from our previous experience.  Our promise to our valued customers is to always provide the environment they want, the services they want, and the customer service they have come to expect.  Furthermore, we promise to continue to evolve as the industry evolves and as gentlemen evolve.
